CEO, Artist Management/Artist Development

Amanda’s lifelong passion for music carried her from childhood talent shows to college practice rooms, even as she pivoted academically from music to healthcare. She earned a BS  in Nursing from Clemson University and an MS in Nursing from Vanderbilt University—singing to soothe her patients along the way—then added a bachelor's degree in Music Business from Full Sail University to bridge clinical empathy with industry acumen. A chance encounter with a major‑label executive in 2011 opened the door to the business side of music; under a decade‑long mentorship, she refined her booking and management skills. By 2020, she had forged key venue relationships, and in 2021 she officially launched Mandalyn Entertainment, now operating throughout the US. By 2025, Amanda had grown to include Mandalyn Media, Mandalyn Publishing, FaithWorks, and Band Together, Inc., sparking the need to have all lines of business sheltered under Mandalyn Music Group in May 2025. Amanda is a proud member of the Country Music Association, the Texas Country Music Association, the Americana Music Association, Women In Music, as well as the Laurens County Chamber of Commerce. Her transparent, artist‑first approach has earned nominations for Management Company of the Year, Promoter of the Year, and ISSA Representative of the Year, an award for Promoter of the Year and she was welcomed into the Recording Academy’s Class of 2024—affirming her commitment to treating every artist as a partner, never a paycheck.
